Caste discrimination is a disease spread in the society, which is working to spoil our coming society and future generations, some responsible people of the country are trying to end the evils spread in the society and bring social harmony. In Indore, the financial capital of Madhya Pradesh called Hriday, a young leader of Balai society is determined to fulfill the dream of Babasaheb Ambedkar Ji and eradicate caste discrimination.
Yes, we are talking about Manoj Parmar, National President of All Bhartiya Balai Federation, who has emerged as an inspiration for society by working day and night for the needy, helpless, and weaker sections during the Corona epidemic and lockdown with caste issues. Along with some questions related to social service, our correspondent had a special conversation with mass leader Manoj Parmar.

Correspondent: Parmar Ji, when and how did you become interested in social service, which is a source of inspiration for millions of people today.

Manoj Parmar: It is such that there are different types of people in this world, there is special grace on many special people, some people understand after tomorrow, like Ratnavali, wife of Goswami Tulsidas Ji, explained this through a couplet of Tulsidas Ji. After being an afflicted man, he used to love his wife Ratnavali immensely, but hearing such words of his wife had such an effect on his heart that you will see the creation of an epic like Ramcharitmanas, Thakur was the author who could not speak the name of Ram but when Gorakhnath killed him. When asked to do so, the great sage became Valmiki Ji who composed the Ramayana.
Similarly, there was such a turning point in my life that I went to Chitrakoot and stayed on the bank of Mandakini while worshiping Lord Shri Ram Ji. I have to live for charity and the thoughts of Parmar society's interest kept going on in my mind, the feeling of dedicating my whole life to a charity started coming in my mind, through this when I started reading great men and Babasaheb Ambedkar ji, casteism of clean society Many problems, many social evils, evils started coming to the fore, when in 2011 it was resolved whether the whole life is devoted to charity since then Balai started doing charity work for the people of every section of the society and society and slowly on the evil of the society. I have started living for the benefit of society.

Correspondent: What are your further strategies through which you want to improve the society and what is your thinking on the evils that are spreading like casteism and high and low and what is the next strategy?

Manoj Parmar: Babasaheb  Bhimrao Ambedkar Ji is living my source of inspiration and by imbibing his inspiration, he has taken a pledge to serve the society, as in the past also through many works, though many people, the work of the charity has worked for the benefit of the society. Has worked on the thinking of the people and their ideas, as it is not easy to walk on rough land, rough road, in the same way, the evils spread in the society will not be eradicated from the people and their thinking, Hindu Sanatan Dharma will not be Eid. And in this sequence, I and my entire organization are working on this, about the various evils spread in the society, keeping in mind the parallel prestige in education and society, we are working on the thinking of the people. Efforts to educate them. We are doing Sanatan Dharma as before, in which our sages and sages are working on what our great men have said and preached, to give place to weak people in the society and harm is done to someone if we all are with him. Classes should be given to all the society together, in the same way, every citizen of the society should The right to be union and the right to be Sanatan should be given, there should be no discrimination, we are all one and the children of the same God, the whole Sanatan Dharma urges to unite the entire Indian society, people in the field of education, in the field of medicine. And the inspiration to make people aware in the field of social service, our organization is working on this thinking and in this sequence, it is our endeavor that as soon as possible we will be successful and by eliminating the mentality of the people and the evils spread in it, a society is only Indian. Sant Sanatan Dharma is our religion and our organization is working to protect this religion.

Correspondent: What are the problems for which you are working in the interest of the society, which are the basic problems?

Manoj Parmar: All India and I am social workers All Indians living here are my brothers is our resolve that we are working on equal treatment with everyone in an equal way, taking everyone together, I am not the leader of the society, I am a social worker and from my point of view the poor uneducated weak Indians in the society. They should get the rights which have been given by the Indian Constitution, the uneducated person should get an education, we have a special focus on the employment of the poor and the problems of the farmers and our whole organization is trying to remove every evil spread in the society. And whatever the problem is for every person of the society, whatever comes to us, whatever comes in our eyes, we work on it, whether it is about education, whether it is about employment, whether it is someone's family social problems. We are working on all those evils through our organization and with the cooperation of everyone, the most that one thing comes to the fore is that being educated is the weakness of today's biggest person, so we are leading people towards education. are trying to educate them so that people are educated and educated Be made and make use of the human rights which have been given to them in the Indian Constitution, and if someone is exploited in their eyes, then they should be helped by cooperating there.
